kons-ulting GmbH

Over 15 years, the management of kons-ulting built up a European service organisation. The culmination of these efforts was an organisation with more than 3,000 employees at 12 locations throughout Europe. Renowned international hardware producers, software companies and internet service providers contracted it to provide their technical hotlines. After 15 successful years of developing the business, the former CEO of twenty4help Knowledge Service AG decided to embark on a new career together with Uwe Kons. That was the start of "kons-ulting" in 2006. The company provides consulting with a focus on customer service and help desk operation. Then, in 2008, kons-ulting GmbH was founded.
