The heads behind besthead

Eckhard Neumüller
(Graduate in Vocational Education, M.Sc.)

Born in northern Germany, Eckard Neumüller studied electro-technology and vocational education at Bremen University, gaining degrees in both subjects.

Eckhard Neumüller worked for more than 9 years as a consultant and seminar leader in vocational training before embarking on a career in human resources consulting in 2001 at Boyden International in Bad Homburg. That was followed by various consulting activities in which he managed, founded and successfully built up several branches as an executive manager. During this time, he developed his profound know-how in sourcing specialists and managers and in selecting suitable candidates, as well as in human resources development.

In 2010, Eckhard Neumüller founded besthead Executive Hunting in Timmendorfer Strand. He speaks German, English and Spanish.

Albert Beckmann
(Graduate in Economics)

Born in northern Germany, Albert Beckmann studied Economics and IT at Oldenburg University, graduating with a degree in Economics. He worked for more than 20 years as a Manager for Sales, Marketing and Business Development for internationally operating technology and IT companies.

He has been self-employed as a business and personnel consultant since 2002. His contribution to the company is based on his excellent contacts to industry and extensive experience in finding people for executive posts.

Albert Beckmann is responsible as a Consultant and Senior Partner at besthead Executive Hunting for Marketing und Sales. He speaks German, English and Dutch.

Thomas Weber
(Graduate in Psychology)

Originally from southern Germany, Thomas Weber studied psychology with a focus on personnel and business studies. Even during his studies, he was involved in various human resources consulting projects.

After graduating, he embarked on a successful career in HR consulting as an Assistant Manager and Research Team Leader at a nationally renowned HR consultancy. His core competencies lie in finding personnel in Germany and abroad for posts in top and medium-level management, as well as for highly specialised engineering positions.

As Head of Recruitment at besthead Executive Hunting, Thomas Weber is in charge of a team of reserchers and is responsible for candidate identification, contact and selection. He speaks German and English.
